The COVER-TOO cladding protects your VOLVO PENTA series sterndrive from algae and barnacle growth as well as corrosion caused by water and the salts dissolved in water. The cladding is made of very durable fiber-reinforced plastic and you save yourself the time-consuming and costly lifting of your vessel.

The COVER-TOO cladding for the sterndrive (VOLVO PENTA series) combines the innovative design concept with a unique sealing system in the form of an inflatable main seal. This achieves hermetic locking and the absolute watertightness of the system. The built-in bilge pump with float switch pumps the seawater out of the hermetically sealed cladding after water installation.
Material:
- The cladding is made of fiber-reinforced plastic
- All metal parts attached to the cladding are made of A4-grade stainless steel
Compatibility:
The COVER-TOO cladding can be adapted for almost all current and older VOLVO PENTA drives (sterndrives).

DPH, DPR, DPI, SK, DPS, SX, DP, DPX, XDP, XXP, AQ270T, AQ275T, AQ280T, and AQ285 series

Important note!
Before ordering our product, please make sure to check the dimensions of the transmission shield to make sure that our adapter plate fits over it!

- 2-year warranty on the function of the inflatable main seal
- 3-year warranty on all closure units
- 3-year warranty on the function of the fiber-reinforced plastic bodies of the two adapter plates
- 5-year warranty on the function of the bilge pump
