These influences affect all metal and plastic components on the ship that are in the water. Until now, the resulting ongoing follow-up costs for maintenance and repairs to ships and yachts have been accepted by shipowners as a necessary and unavoidable evil.

The parts are manufactured from high-quality fiber-reinforced plastic coupled with innovative detailed solutions for complete sealing of the individual components. These components were used to create an innovative product that is unique in the world.

COVER-TOO as 100% watertight cladding for sterndrives and boat drives minimizes arising repair and service costs to a minimum.

Based on the findings of this innovation, we are able to design similar products for many other drive components and bring them into series production. We focus on the well-established and widely used VOLVO PENTA and MERCURY/MERCRUSER drives in order to make our innovative products available to as many boat owners as possible.

The waterproof full cladding for IPS drives is the logical conclusion from this. The development of the new type of cladding has been completed, and the necessary quality assurance measures and industrialization are underway. In 2024, we will therefore also be able to offer this cladding to our customers.
