The COVER-TOO SPC product series has been developed for the complete cladding of your hull. Your boat is thus completely protected from algae and barnacle growth, as well as environmental influences of any kind.

The overall construction of our product is divided into modular segments, which can be extended as needed.

Product details:

• Complete containment or sealing-off of the boat’s hull from environmental influences in the water that can cause algae and barnacle growth on the vessel’s hull and components underwater.
• The cladding has the effect of blocking the water currents so that spores, larvae, and barnacle nauplii in the currents cannot attach to the hull. Due to the floating pontoons, which are completely attached to the boat’s hull after inflation, penetration of UV light is almost completely prevented.
• The overall construction consists of 3 individual parts (left pontoon with skirting + right pontoon with skirting + skirting bottom part) and is produced in a modular design. If a larger boat is purchased, the design can easily be extended by purchasing an additional mid-segment module. In addition, the individual elements can be easily rolled up and transported by one person.
• The advantage over existing cladding systems for boat hulls is the possibility of lowering the entire cladding structure to the bottom of the harbor before leaving the boat.
• The boat moves to the marked area between the floats. This marking is provided by a red marker buoy in the bow area and one marker buoy each on the left and right in the stern area of the boat’s cladding. After that, they are inflated and rise towards the water surface. As the pontoons rise, they gradually nestle seamlessly against the hull until all the pontoons have inflated. All closures can be easily opened without any tools. Roll up individual segments and load them: done!
• All cladding elements of the individual segments/modules are connected with each other with quick connectors. Handling and transport of the cladding is very easy.

Scope of delivery:

• SPC series with bow segment, middle segment, stern segment made of PVC with 2 carrying straps each and pontoons with one side skirt each
• Quick fasteners screwed into the fabric to connect the side/bottom skirt and individual modules
• High-performance electric pump
• 4‑meter (13.3‑ft) hose
• PVC bags

Note:

The plastic bags must be filled with sand or other weight before inflating the pontoons!

Warranty:

• 3 years on the function of the PVC cover
• 2 years on the function of the electric pump
